Our process is not a marketing tool, it is based on a true understanding of biology. Biology does not fool around, it simply does what it does. Our job consists of providing the right environment in order for the vine to be able to thrive with the least possible intervention. Healthy vines and a complex wine is the result of a complex soil and to obtain a complex soil we need less intervention rather than more. With every soil disturbance, there is more disease pressure
